Her hands-on expertise has been built from the ground up—starting as a leasing agent, then advancing through the ranks as an assistant property manager, property manager, and now as the Property Manager in Charge (PMIC) and co-owner of WildStone. With over 25 years of experience in construction, multifamily housing, and rental property maintenance, Jonathan Kuck is the backbone of WildStone’s maintenance and construction operations. Holding multiple professional licenses in the field, he has worked with some of the leading companies in the multifamily industry, developing an extensive skill set in maintenance, construction, management, and business ownership.
