• Move-Out Inspections – Performed with the same level of detail to accurately compare property condition and assess damages
• Routine Property Checks – Periodic inspections during tenancy to identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lease violations—reports are shared directly with you

Her hands-on expertise has been built from the ground up—starting as a leasing agent, then advancing through the ranks as an assistant property manager, property manager, and now as the Property Manager in Charge (PMIC) and co-owner of WildStone. With her strong leadership and deep industry knowledge, Laine ensures that every property in our portfolio is managed with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

With over 25 years of experience in construction, multifamily housing, and rental property maintenance, Jonathan Kuck is the backbone of WildStone’s maintenance and construction operations. Holding multiple professional licenses in the field, he has worked with some of the leading companies in the multifamily industry, developing an extensive skill set in maintenance, construction, management, and business ownership.

Jonathan’s hands-on expertise ensures that every property we manage receives top-tier maintenance and care. Whether overseeing renovations, handling emergency repairs, or ensuring properties meet all safety and compliance standards, he is dedicated to keeping homes in top condition.
